By accessing and using VeriPlus ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

VeriPlus is operated by VeriPlus Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our compliance verification platform, including identity verification, AML screening, and deepfake detection services.

2. Description of Service

VeriPlus provides a cloud-based compliance verification platform that enables organizations to:

• Perform identity verification checks
• Conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screenings
• Detect deepfake and synthetic media
• Monitor ongoing compliance requirements
• Generate compliance reports and documentation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your password meets our security requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers (FREE, BASIC, PROFESSIONAL, ENTERPRISE), each with different features, credit allocations, and pricing. Current pricing and features are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Different operations consume different amounts of credits:

• Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan
• Additional credits can be purchased separately
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period
• Purchased credits remain valid until used
• Credit costs per operation are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge:

• The applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period
• Any additional credit purchases you make
• Any applicable taxes or fees

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused credits, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Submit false or misleading information for verification

6. Data Processing and Privacy

Use of the Service involves the processing of personal data. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your data and the data you submit through the Service.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You have the right to submit data to our Service for processing

8.2 Verification Results

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that verification results will be completely accurate, reliable, or error-free. Verification results should be used as one factor in your decision-making process and not as the sole basis for business decisions.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeriPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or security breaches
• Third-party actions or decisions based on verification results
• Errors or inaccuracies in verification data

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeriPlus, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any data you submit to the Service

10. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
• You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination
